Notes

Item is multiple reports bound together with a separate title page for each, but no copyright information or table of contents. There are several entire pages of light text in the annual report from 1960, and the top half of pages 343 and 344 in the 1959 annual report is missing. Also, the item's tight gutter is to blame for some text loss.
